As an expert in sport, movement and nutrition, Daniel is driven by the belief that motion is medicine. With experience spanning strength and conditioning, endurance training, Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics and body building. Having represented WA in cricket and worked in the fitness industry for over 5 years, Dan is on a mission to make fitness functional and accessible, no matter your age. Beyond the gym, he is surfing or playing golf - living the lifestyle he teaches.

Grace Marland

With dual qualifications in physiotherapy and exercise physiology, Grace integrates scientific knowledge with practical application to enhance both physical and mental wellbeing. Her background as a WA state netball representative informs her comprehensive approach to movement quality and injury prevention. Grace advocates for exercise as a powerful medicine that creates resilience in the body and mind.

Charlotte White
COACH
LEVEL 1 CROSSFIT TRAINER
Drawing from her diverse athletic foundation in dance, gymnastics and competitive athletics, charlotte bring technical precision and creativity to her coaching style. With over five years in the fitness industry and Crossfit training, she hones in on personalised strength and conditioning programs. Since moving to Perth from rural NSW two years ago, Charlotte has focused on helping clients prevent injuries while maximising their performance.
