Daniel Moore

Director & Head Coach

Sport, movement, nutrition, and business is what drives Daniel. Having been in the fitness industry for over 5 years, he possesses a wealth of knowledge when it comes to human function and movement. Daniel has explored all types of training, being well versed and up to date with the current science behind; strength and conditioning, endurance style training, Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, bodybuilding, and all things sports nutrition.

Daniel’s passion is to educate, motivate and inspire members in the community, he believes that one’s physical state often has a strong correlation to their mental wellbeing. His mantra ‘motion is medicine’ strongly intertwines with his beliefs regarding longevity, and believes exercise has no boundaries or age limit.

Daniel has represented the state in cricket and has played in the WA Premier Cricket 1st grade competition for nearing on 8 years. His love for sport and competition is how Daniel first got into the Fitness Industry and has shaped the way he lives his life.

When Daniel isn’t in the gym, you can find Daniel at the beach surfing, playing golf or cricket, camping or spending time with friends.

Grace Marland

Head Exercise Physiologist/Head Physiotherapist, Coach & Director

Grace holds a bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and Exercise and Sport Science and a Master’s in Exercise Physiology. With a strong foundation in strength and conditioning, she is deeply committed to intertwining her passion for mental health with the proven benefits of exercise for both physical and mental well-being.

Understanding the profound impact of physical activity on both the body and mind, Grace excels in seamlessly integrating her expertise into personalised exercise interventions for adults and youth. Grace advocates for exercise as a powerful form of medicine, particularly emphasising its role in enhancing mental, social, and physical well-being.

Grace has represented WA in Netball which created her passion for sport. She has since been involved in the fitness industry in multiple ways and continues to shape the way she lives her life.

When Grace is away from the gym, you’ll most likely find her spending time with friends, family or doing something outdoors.

Charlotte White

Coach

Level 1 CrossFit Trainer

Charlotte brings over five years of experience in the fitness industry, specialising in strength and conditioning. Growing up in a small country town in NSW, Charlotte developed her passion for strength training through competitive dance, athletics, and gymnastics. Her focus was on improving speed, power, and injury prevention, which laid the foundation for her career in coaching.

Since moving to Perth two years ago, Charlotte has continued to share her knowledge and expertise, inspiring others to reach their full potential. Her coaching style reflects her dedication to helping people enhance their physical performance and overall wellbeing.

When Charlotte isn’t coaching, you’ll find her spending time outdoors, whether it’s taking her dog to the beach, catching up with friends, or enjoying other outdoor activities.
