METCON

Short for metabolic conditioning, this program increases your heart rate and maximises cardiovascular fitness. With weights and functional movements, you will build and tone your lean muscle mass. The perfect way to compliment our build program, EMOMs, AMRAPs, chippers and interval training. 

GAIN

Aimed to help you gain muscle mass through progressive overload, total training volume and exercise variation. Expect higher rep ranges, training to failure, lower rest times and supersets. Hard but worth it.

MONO

Short for Monostructural. Ideal to improve your aerobic and anaerobic fitness, includes running, skipping, Concept 2 machines and bodyweight movements. High energy, engaging workouts that leave you sweating and burning calories in a low-impact way.

Our hyrox classes are expertly programmed to get you better at all things HYROX. We prioritise threshold work and HYROX specific movements to get our members perfectly prepped for their upcoming race.
